The UNHINGED Accountability Challenge is for anyone who's looking to take their health and fitness journey to the NEXT LEVEL in 2024!

This challenge was created by Dez (wokeuplikedez) & Rob (robmotivation), two individuals, who have been on a successful weight loss journey for the last 5+ years. In maintenance, we understand the dedication, time & commitment it takes to be successful on a transformation journey. This challenge was created to help OUR community become the best versions of themselves and become 1% better EVERY SINGLE DAY! 

The Unhinged Challenge will give Dez & Rob the opportunity to share our tips, tricks & knowledge we have acquired after struggling with our weight for so many years. No matter what stage of the journey you're in or if you just need something new to help you get motivated, this challenge is absolutely for YOU! Together, we will spend the next 6 weeks working on our goals and inspire each other daily. Together, we will be connected in a group chat on Instagram for extra support, accountability, and motivation.  

Some of the goals we will be working on include a daily step goal, protein goal, vitamins/supps, and water goal!

Our goal in creating this challenge is to help you stay consistent, motivated, and create long term habits that will stick wtih you throughout your transformation journey! We want you to discover your true potential by breaking out of your comfort zone and getting comfortable with being UNCOMFORTABLE!
